The mesmerizing taste, the aroma, the flavour and the tempting color, yes you guessed it right, it's chocolate we are talking about.

The people all over the world, from childhood to geezerhood, all have penchant for chocolates. Chocolates find their usefulness in various sweet delicacies and recipes.
But every time you grab a chocolate your mom began scolding. But still you eat hiding in one of the corner away from the eyes of you mom.

But now no more hiding and no more scolding because I am gonna tell you the health benefits of you tasty, yummy friend chocolate.

Yes, Chocolates have health benefits as well, so eating chocolates is'nt bad for health (in case you thought so).

The Study says it all:

1.            Dark chocolates with high cocoa content are loaded with nutrients that are good for health.

2.             In case of dry cough or congestion, chocolates are really useful. So next time, you have cough, go grab a chocolate and not a syrup (because medicines are outdated!).

3.            According to latest research, chocolates have cardiovascular benefits: those eating one or two servings of dark chocolates each week can cut their risk of heart failure by much as a third. So go ahead and reward yourself.

4.             This one is surely a boon, especially for my sweet health conscious. Chocolates reduce weight.

Having known the benefits of the dearest and most loved thing in the world, happiness would have doubled, tripled!
